Results of the First Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting held on 3 June 2009
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions as set out in the Notice of the First Annual General Meeting ("First AGM") dated 11 May 2009 and Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting (“EGM”) dated 19 May 2009 have been approved by the shareholders at the First AGM and EGM held earlier today.
