PERWAJA HOLDINGS BERHAD (“Perwaja” or the “Company”) Capital Reduction of Perwaja Steel Sdn Bhd (“PSSB”), a 100%-owned subsidiary of Perwaja (“Capital Reduction”)
The Board of Directors of Perwaja is pleased to announce that PSSB has on 21 July 2008, obtained the Sealed Order of the petition from the High Court of Malaya for the Capital Reduction and has lodged the same with the Companies Commission of Malaysia on 23 July 2008 (the copy of the certificate of lodgement has been received on 3 September 2008). An advertisement in respect of the above will be published in a major newspaper (The Star) tomorrow.
