ACQUISITION OF NEW SUBSIDIARY
The Board of Directors of Perwaja Holdings Berhad ("PHB") is pleased to announce that PHB had on 10 September 2008 acquired 100% in Esteem Score Sdn Bhd comprising two ordinary shares of RM1.00 each fully paid at par, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of PHB.
Esteem Score was incorporated on 23 July 2008 and is presently dormant. None of the Directors, major shareholders and/or persons connected to the Directors and major shareholders of PHB have any interest, direct or indirect in the Acquisition.
