PERWAJA HOLDINGS BERHAD ("the Company") - Notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting
The Board of Perwaja Holdings Berhad wishes to annouce that the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held at Meranti II, Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, Telok Chempedak, 25050 Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur, Malaysia on Wednesday, 3 June 2009 at 11.45 a.m. or immediately after the conclusion or adjournment (as the case may be) of the 1st Annual General Meeting of the Company, which will be held at the same venue and on the same day at 11.00 a.m., whichever is later or any adjournment thereof (as the case may be).
