PERWAJA-ADMISSION TO THE MAIN BOARD OF BURSA SECURITIES
Kindly be advised that PERWAJA's entire issued and paid-up share capital of 560,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each will be admitted to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for these shares on the Main Board under the "Industrial Products" sector will be granted with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 20 August 2008, on a "Ready" basis pursuant to the Rules of Bursa Securities.
The Stock Short Name, Stock Code and ISIN Code of PERWAJA is "PERWAJA", "5146" and "MYL5146OO005" respectively.
Members are hereby advised that the shares of PERWAJA are prescribed securities. Dealings in PERWAJA shares should be carried out in accordance with the Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act, 1991 and the Rules of Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd.
