PERWAJA HOLDINGS BERHAD (“THE COMPANY”) PUBLIC SHAREHOLDING SPREAD REQUIREMENT PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPH 8.15(1) OF THE LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD (“BURSA SECURITIES”)
Further to the Company’s announcement on 13 March 2009 in relation to the approval granted by Bursa Securities for an extension of time from 01 January 2009 to 31 March 2009 to comply with the public shareholding spread pursuant to Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements, the Company wishes to inform Bursa Securities that according to the Record of Depositors as at 26 March 2009, the level of public shareholding spread of the Company is as follows:
Percentage (%) of Public Shareholding : 25.03%
Number of Public Shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each : 8,813
Therefore, the Company has complied with the public shareholding spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements.
